Jim is the owner of Maas Coffee in Fort Walton. He is a member of the Speciality Coffee Association. He has had a love for coffee for over 20 yrs. He roasts the highest quality Arabica beans from countries of origin. He roasts them to perfectioin from Italian to Full City. He has been trained by the top roasters in the country and has over the years perfected and mastered his skills.
