Chef Nathan started cooking in Indiana at the age of 17. Pursed a culinary career in Tallahassee, Fl working along side some of the finer chefs of the city. Came to Destin early in 2006 to supervise a number of small local kichens in the Destin Fort Walton Beach areas. Has been a part of Cabana Cafe since it's conception. Maintains a "backyard" philosophy of using fresh local ingredients as inspiration for creativity.
